The design/building project for 40 Hubert St, East Victoria Park. This is my project of the year. Builder is Benchmark Designer Homes, Wangara.
There have been a few design issues such as the sewer main running the length of my property. But we have overcom that hurdle.

Finally the brick paving is all gone
Thanks for my good friends Lindell, Debbie, Lorraine, Marco and Marty and my boy Stevie we have knocked the demoition of the back yard on the head.
And the after party knocked me on the head hahaha!!
