The design/building project for 40 Hubert St, East Victoria Park. This is my project of the year. Builder is Benchmark Designer Homes, Wangara.
There have been a few design issues such as the sewer main running the length of my property. But we have overcom that hurdle.

The Start of the Clearing
Half the garden has been cut down, it's so bare, we couldn't finish as chainsaw broke down, so off to the shop to get fixed tommorow and hopefully finish after work Monday.
